This policy is a working draft and will be reviewed before Grimoire opens its readings and accounts. It describes how the site handles information.

What is collected

Grimoire uses privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics, which means no cookie banner is needed and no personal profile is built for advertising. When you join the newsletter, submit a question to the advice column, or book a reading, you provide the information in that form, such as your email address and the details of your request.

How it is used

Newsletter addresses are used to send the Grimoire letter and can be unsubscribed from at any time. Advice-column submissions are read so that questions can be answered; nothing identifying is published. Reading intake information is used only to prepare and deliver your reading.

Payments

Payments for readings are processed by Stripe. Grimoire does not see or store full card details. Stripe handles card data under its own privacy terms and security standards.

Sharing

Your information is not sold. It is shared only with the service providers needed to run the site, such as the email and payment providers, and only as needed to deliver what you asked for.

Your choices

You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, and you may ask for the information you have given to be corrected or deleted by writing to hello@grimoire.love.
